for a quote of services. I will reply to voicemails within 48 hours and emails in 24hrs to confirm your pet services.
Prices are subject to change once we discuss your customized services. Any additional pet of the same household is priced
at half the cost of the full service charge. During the holidays, a surcharge of $15 will occur to that days service
charge.
Keys:
A copy of your keys is required at the time of the Initial Meet & Greet, or by the 2nd Meet & Greet used for socialization
(charge will apply). All keys when not is use, are kept in a secure key box at my home office. If keys are not given and a
separate trip is needed before the 1st service date, charges will apply.
Late Charge Fee: Payment for
your 1st service will be expected at the end of your service period. If you are a weekly visit client, payment will
be expected at the end of the week. If you are a monthly client, payments are due at the end of the month. A 5% late
fee will be added to the final cost of the invoice if payment is received late. If the payment continues to be late by your
next billing cycle, the late fee will increase to 10% of the final invoice.
Cancellation Policy: 4 Paws &
More requires a 24 hour notice for all cancellations of all services. If less than 24 hour notice is given, full
charges will occur. I do recognize that people’s lives often get crazy, but I do have a wait-list for
spots that may become available. I would appreciate your help in giving all our creatures a chance to have their 1-on-1
dates.
Pet Wellness Policy: 4 Paws & More takes pride
in customizing our stay to your pets’ specific needs. In order for us to serve your pet correctly, we require several
important pieces of information.
- Current Veterinary information. I would also appreciate you letting your vet know
in advance that I am authorized to make decisions on your behalf.
- Any personality quirks your pet may have (e.g. phobias and aggression issues)
- I also ask that if your service requires your
pet to be socialized with another friend or pet, that your pet be fully vaccinated according to your veterinarian’s
standards.
Meet
& Greet Policy: Before we quote you a price, I would
love to get to know you and your pet better. Please schedule in advance a Meet & Greet session with Melissa. We
then sit down collectively and discuss what your specific needs are. If you are scheduling a play-date or outing with other
pets, I will suggest that they meet prior to your service request date. Or schedule another Meet & Greet so they
can get to know each other (any additional Meet & Greets needed will be $10).
Extended
Stays: I book these services fairly quickly. I suggest you schedule as far in advance
as possible. This is so I can clear time in my ever changing schedule. If you are inquiring about socializing your
pets with mine in any way; or we have discussed a group outing while they are in our care, please let
me know. If they are not already being socialized; I do expect an additional Meet & Greet to happen. That way
I know what will work best for your pet.
Holiday Rates:
Please try to give me as much
notice as possible for ALL holidays. There is limited availability during these times.
There is also a chance I may not be in Seattle due to family obligations. There is a $15 charge added to the days rate for
the following holidays:
